On Friday 15 November one of our software providers started to experience a problem that's affecting our Customer Services team and placing telephone orders. We're really sorry, all our teams are working as quickly as possible.
This issue means we may be slower to respond to emails and calls as it's taking longer to process queries. Online orders are unaffected.
