Most orders are delivered in 1-2 days, with delivery taking place seven days a week. Deliveries to Channel Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take an extra day. We aim to dispatch your order the same day when you order before 3.30pm Monday - Friday.

You can cancel your subscription if you haven’t used it (you haven’t received free delivery or any of the benefits included in your subscription). If you’d like to cancel please contact us. We don’t offer part-refunds for used subscriptions. Subscriptions don’t automatically renew.
