Blended for the more experienced and mature pipe tobacco smoker
Charatan Curzon Mixture is a Balkan blend of Latakia, Oriental and Virginia leaf, all ribbon cut. With this blend, the Oriental leaf tends to lead, giving a little floral spice and buttery sweetness. Rich Virginia, thats markedly earthy with a fermented, dried stone-fruit essence plays base. In the background, smoky and sweetly woody Latakia is present throughout but never dominates. Altogether, this well behaved bowl evolves as you smoke, giving creamier flavours and smoothness at the beginning that turn darker, intensify and caramelise towards the end.
