Gawith Hoggarth's DB (Danish Blend) is a wonderful aromatic combination that consists of Black Cavendish and Virginia cased with a ripe peach flavour. While smoking, you can taste the base tobaccos, the subtle grassy hay notes and sweetness of the Virginia, the sweetness and mild fermented flavour of the Cavendish. There's a gentle butter toffee popcorn that comes through as you smoke. Entwining with these flavours comes the peach, its tasty richness doesn't use force to become known. In all, a well balanced flavour you can enjoy all day or as a sweet treat.
The tin aroma is peachy with a touch of raisin and hay. It's quite sweet smelling and indicative of the very pleasant room note. Ribbon cut, golden brown interwoven with contrasting black, this tobacco is easy to work with. It burns thoroughly and produces copious amounts of flavoursome smoke.
