Golden Blend's Amaretto pipe tobacco, renamed simply to Golden Blend's "No. 3" is an American style Amaretto aromatic. Rich in almond scent, the Virginia, Burley and Cavendish are cut to ragged ribbons that give the blend a tempting appearance. The tobacco is easy enough to work with and you can have a bowl prepared in less time than it takes to get tongue twisted saying "Amaretto aromatic"!
The flavours upon lighting the perfectly moist leaves are of a very almondy nature. The taste of the base tobaccos come into play and you get a caramel biscuit like aroma appear on your journey through the bowl, resulting in an amaretti mirage. The appeal is obvious: sweet, traditional flavours on well presented leaf that provides an enjoyable smoke any time of the day.
