Rattray's Beltanes Fire Briar Smoking Pipe - Contrast Smooth
The Rattray's Beltanes Fire Contrast Smooth is a half-bent Rhodesian/Bullmoos 9mm filter pipe. The shape originated in the 1930s and has been re-introduced to celebrate the ancient Celtic Beltane Festival, which signals the end of winter on April the 30th each year.
The Contrast Smooth has a smooth matte finish with the staining designed to bring out the darker parts of the grain, and an aluminum ring enhances the look. To accompany this pipe there are three different colour stems that highlight the elements of winter. Black as the night, red as the fire, and yellow as the sun.
A beautifully balanced pipe that sits comfortably in the hand.
