He's used top-quality Honduras and Nicaraguan short filler (that's leaf left over after bunching other cigars) and rolled them in a whole leaf Honduras Connecticut seed wrapper and whole leaf Honduras Connecticut seed binder.
This keeps the cost down but the quality stays up, ingenious to say the least.
These Classic Connecticut Toro cigars are hand-rolled at the El Paraiso factory in Honduras, they are mild to medium-bodied with notes of cedar, coffee, and spice.
