A light brown stain allows the grain to show whilst the black acrylic stem has two silver bands that add a touch of extra class to this Savinelli collection
The Savinelli Monsieur 412 Smooth Briar Pipe uses a 9mm balsa wood filter that is already fitted . This lightweight piece of wood is extremely porous and absorbs tar and nicotine from the smoke.
A 9mm active charcoal filter is also supplied if the preference is for a more traditional 9mm filter

Achille Savinelli Sr. opened one of the first shops in the world selling exclusively smoking accessories and briar pipes in 1876. It wasn't until 1920 the first Savinelli briar pipes were branded and produced in the Varese province.
