Savinelli Venere Briar Pipe Brownblast - Shape 622 (9mm)
Sadly no longer in production the Savinelli Venere Brownblast briar pipe series was inspired by Sandro Botticelli's 15th century painting, The Birth of Venus.
As with all Savinelli pipes this too is a work of art, chosen from an ebauchon of Erica Arborea (Briarwood) the skill of the master craftsman is reflected in the perfect proportions of his masterpiece.
The Venere shape 622 is a Bent Pot pipe, the black acrylic mouthpiece is separated from the shank by a single plain brass ring.The pipe accommodates a 9mm Balsa filter and is sold with one fitted, also supplied is one 9mm active charcoal filter. The bowl is a nice size and should offer a good length of smoking pleasure.
The Venere is easy on the eye, the sandblasting brings the pipe to life and coupled with a soft brown stain and simple band it's true, "Less is More".
