SIOUX is a premium pipe tobacco of shag cut Virginia leaf. What makes it different is that SIOUX is volume treated. The tobacco is additive free and specially heat treated to expand it. This adds nothing to the product and takes nothing out, what you have is a puffed shag cut, additive free leaf to pack your pipe with. Because it has a greater volume, you use less tobacco and your smoking becomes more cost effective. With the bold and rich flavour of SIOUX you'll be left satisfied.
How do you say the name? SIOUX is spoken as "Soo", with a long O sound as in "food". The Native American tribes of the Sioux are well known for cultivating tobacco and smoking Peace Pipes as part of sacred ceremonies.
