Samuel Gawith 1792 Flake is deep, strong and rich tonquin flavoured dark fired Tanzanian leaf that has been steamed, pressed and baked during its creation. Dark Fired Tanzanian leaf is of course a variety of Kentucky tobacco and known for its strength and full flavours of woodiness, earthiness, smokiness, spiciness and yumminess! These can be tasted through the rather potent topping of tonquin that sweetens the leaf with its vanilla-esque perfume. It smokes cool and burns well but take it steady as this tobacco has a kick to it, if youre new to pipe smoking, you may want to work your way towards this tobacco rather than diving straight in.
